Baudouin Mandaba B.Th, M.Div, PhD.Th. /
Program Coordinator/Cultural Liaison/Interpreter
is a pastor, founder and legal representative of "Eglise Pentecôtiste Sainte Montagne" church in D.R.Congo. He is co-founder of Green Mountain Aid, Inc (GMAID).
Baudouin has over 25 years of experience serving the displaced by war, the refugee and immigrant population as a pastor, a cultural broker and a multilingual interpreter/translator. He has ministered to many refugees in his role as pastor, providing counsel as well as aid in relocating and securing basic needs. Baudouin is fluent in English, French, Swahili, Lingala, Kikongo, and understands some Kirundi and Kinyarwanda. He interprets for court hearings, immigration, police, social security, medical appointments, church sermons, and international scientific conferences with simultaneous interpretation. In his interpreter role, he has excellent interpersonal skills and provides exemplary translating, clarifying and advocating for the clients.
Baudouin’s significant experiences provide him a solid foundation for helping and working with vulnerable and multi-traumatized people who are the main target of GMAID. He is passionate about improving the lives of all people without any discrimination, and specifically refugees and asylees, through the mission of GMAID.

Krista Reincke, LICSW, Psy.D. / Executive Director
is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Doctorate, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She is co-founder of Green Mountain Aid, Inc (GMAID).
Dr. Reincke has over thirty years of experience working with a variety of ages and presenting problems in a wide array of clinical settings. Currently, she practices through her private practice in Burlington, VT and is Clinical Supervisor and Trainer through New England Survivors of Torture and Trauma (NESTT). She is also Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont. Dr. Reincke’s experience includes a) group, family, and individual therapy; b) psychological assessment; c) mood, anxiety, and trauma related difficulties, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Developmental disabilities and parent guidance. She has worked in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. An area of special interest and expertise is providing culturally responsive psychological services and trainings related to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. She hopes to expand the reach of mental health services for this group through GMAID, Inc.

She combines empirical research, her own clinical expertise, and the individual needs and characteristics of each client to develop effective treatment goals and outcomes. Krista is also trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and uses multiple avenues for effective therapy, including mindfulness, talk and body-based interventions. She works collaboratively with the people and systems involved in the lives of her clients to provide the most comprehensive care. She values cultural sensitivity and strives to provide services in ways that match the values and beliefs of each client. She is passionate about improving the lives of all people, and specifically refugees and asylees, through the mission of GMAID.

Diane T. Gottlieb, MSW, Ph.D. / Board President
is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Board Certified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. In 1974, Dr. Gottlieb, along with her husband/colleague (Charles Gottlieb, MSW), founded Networks, Inc. (www.Networksvt.org), the first non-governmental, multi-disciplinary, outpatient mental health agency in the state of Vermont. In 1980 they co-founded the Family Therapy Institute of Vermont (now, Vermont Center for Narrative Practice) designing a postgraduate training program in couples and family therapy, utilizing a reflecting team with video feedback. Dr. Gottlieb was Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont, College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Psychology. She also worked as Psychology Supervisor, Group Psychotherapy Coordinator and Associate Clinical Psychology Coordinator of New England Survivor’s of Torture and Trauma (NESTT), where she helped supervise and create programs for refugees who were tortured through the Connecting Cultures program. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Dr. Gottlieb has published a number of articles as well as served as editor for the Journal of Systemic Therapies. Dr. Gottlieb’s practice includes clinical outpatient psychotherapy, supervision, consultation, training, EAP work, and organizational consultation. She is very interested in helping people from different cultures, especially those who have been forced from their country of origin. Dr. Gottlieb’s work is strongly informed by her commitment to social justice.
Alain Mulolo Wa M. Kidjana /
Board Director
is an Engineer in chemistry and food industries in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He is a union representative fighting and advocating for employees rights at the General Directorate of Customs and Excise (DGDA) with the Congo Trade Union Confederation (CSC ). He is a permanent representative and leader of the CSC in the cities of Haut-Katanga State: Kasumbalesa, Mokambo and Sakania.
Alain has a passion for helping war refugees and aiding them in any way possible. He has worked to secure safe passage for war refugees from the Border of Kasumbalesa in the DRC toward the Republic of Zambia and to the Republic of South Africa, including providing free food for all those in need. He is also committed to helping those who are homeless by aiding them in obtaining shelter and basic needs.
Currently he is Head of Division at the General Directorate of Customs and Excise in Kinshasa in DR Congo. He is enthusiastic to participate in enacting the mission of GMAID.
